SGCH Reuel Mei Tu's JJ Miriam 2*M 3/18/02

2005 Top Ten Breed Leader in Butterfat

Miriam is a long doe with a very nicely attached and shaped udder and correct leg set. She is very smooth. Her udder is EXCEPTIONAL. It is high and tight with a beautiful medial and great capacity. We are delighted with her! She placed 12th at the National show in Spokane. She ranked #3 on the Nubian Top Ten List in 2005 for her 152 pounds of Butterfat.

Miriam is living proof that show does can and do milk too. We are very proud of her and pleased that her appraisal scores reflect her true worth.

Miriam has managed to take the last two years off and we are very hopeful that we can get her to settle this year. She is spending the summer in the Jenny Craig corral where she has slimmed down very nicely. We are keeping our fingers crossed here and looking forward to having some daughters in the herd again.

Miriam is scheduled to be bred to Sirocco in September. Needless to say we will retain a doe.

Reuel Rufus’ JJ Ruth 2*M 5/23/02

Ruthie has matured into a very nice and correct doe. Like her mother Rufus she was slow maturing. She is incredibly tall and graceful. She has gained great depth of body as well. We are delighted with her. Ruth was 17th in her class at Nationals in Spokane. She is quiet and very easy going. She continues to be a strong and healthy doe who carries her age very well. Ruth presented us with a beautiful set of twins this past spring and we soon dried her off to reduce our work load and give her a well deserved break.

Ruth is scheduled to be bred to Sirocco in September. We will retain one doe.

Reuel Rufus' Royal Rhesa 2*M 4/4/03

Rhesa is a striking, long, level doe with a delightful personality. She has a lovely udder . She  matured nicely and we finally managed to keep a little weight on her. She has a large frame and a very long bone pattern.

Rhesa was 10th in her class at the Spokane Nationals 2005. Rhesa has 2 grand champion legs. Her daughters Raya, Jael, Rama, and Rusti are following in her footsteps.

Rhesa is  sound and productive . She was dried off early to allow her to recover from delivering a beautiful set of quadruplets! She earned the break and we were very happy to give it to her. We have 4 milking daughters in our herd and have retained two of her daughters from this year. Rhesa is a real prize and passes on her signature "perfect" rump to all of her offspring. Her son, Rio Grande, who works as a herd sire in Arizona, passes that same wide, flat rump on to his offspring, also.  At this writing Rhesa has 3 daughters and one son who have appraised 90 or better, that we know about!

Rhesa is scheduled to be bred to Connor in September. We will retain at least one doe from this breeding.

2008 Elite Doe

2009 Elite Doe

Samiel’s name means "hot dry wind off the desert" and it certainly fits her as she is an exuberant and playful doe. She is very deep bodied.

Sammie freshened again with a very nice udder She  has matured into a beautiful deep and productive doe that is a real credit to her dam. We are very pleased with her development and are looking forward to seeing what the next few years bring! She is a steady milker and has a steady and quiet temperament.  We are very pleased with this strong aged doe and her off spring.

Samiel will be bred to Conner in September for February babies. We are hoping that she has does this year and will retain one.

Zadee's name means princess and she very definitely thinks that she is a princess. Her arrival was eagerly anticipated as she is a full sister to our beautiful Zephyr. She is long and level and has beautiful breed character. Her udder is nicely shaped and firmly attached with nice teats and she milks well. She is a powerful and stunning doe.  She carries the strength and attitude of her beloved mother, Zina. Zadee quietly delivered a nice set of Quadruplets this spring and had a beautiful golden doeling for us and another beautiful doeling that had been pre ordered.

SG Reuel Samiel's EXP Sharik 11* M 3/14/06

Sharik continues to improve with every passing year. Her rump is leveling out as she ages and her udder remains tightly attached and greatly productive. She is an easy going doe who takes things in stride. We really like the way she adjusts to life around her - weather it involves a long road trip, changes in weather, or just adjustments in the milking string. Nothing seems to bother this productive and strong doe. She continues to delight us with her antics. She is a confirmed cookie addict (as is her mother, Samiel) and proud of it.

Sharik will be bred to Kastdemur's Audacious by AI if she doesn't settle to the AI she will be bred to Sirocco. We plan to breed her in October and hope for does as she has never had a doe for us ...yet...Needless to say one doe will be retained.

SG Reuel Rhesa’s JJ Raya 3*M 4/02/06

Raya is another of our very correct Jesse James daughters. We are thrilled to see her growing up. She is freshened with an absolutely beautiful udder. She is long, dairy and very smooth. She is a quietly elegant doe that enjoys the ring and the attention she receives. Raya is developing into the mature doe that we expected her to be. Her udder is beautiful and she is growing in depth of body to go with her extraordinary length. She has come into her own and is a stunning doe with a gleaming black coat. Just as, if not more, importantly her daughter Belecia is following in her footsteps! We couldn't be more pleased. Raya delivered her quads this spring with no fuss and fanfare and has been milking very nicely. She is the kind of doe that we really like with a long clean elegance that is a treat to watch.

Raya is scheduled to be bred to Kastdemur's Audacious for March babies.

If she doesn't settle on the AI she will be bred to Connor. One doe kid will be retained.

SG Reuel Rhesa's JJ Jael 3*  3/14/07

Jael was a basic brown kid with white ears and facial stripes and didn't appear to be remarkable in any way. As she grew and developed we soon noticed that she is exceptionally long and level as is her mom. We brought her out for Appraisal and were very happy to see how she had grown. She is impressively long and smooth and despite her annoyingly short ears. She has grown into a very nice doe and makes a wonderful Produce of Dam with her full sister Raya.

Jael is a brown version of Raya and we are thrilled with her development and love her style. She is quietly mischievous and handles life with a twinkle in her eye. We love her length and beautifully attached udder.

She is milking very well and continues to amaze us with her style and grace.

Jael will be bred to Connor for March babies. One doe will be retained for our herd.

She has grown up and is a very productive and powerful doe. Viv is quite the cookie hound and show off and never fails to catch the visitors eye. She quickly learned that visitors mean cookies and is among the first in line for that treat. She is continuing to improve and her rump is leveling out as she matures.

Gingham is a nice addition to our milking string. She quickly adjusted to the milking routine and developed into a very nice doe. We expect that she will only improve with age as did her mother. She is a striking deep red color and is affectionately known as "Dingy-Gingy". She has grown and matured a great deal and has earned herself a place in our herd with a beautifully attached and productive udder. Dingy-Gingy has stopped being "Dingy" much to our delight and has really come of age.

Belicia has grown nicely and is maturing well. She continues to impress us with her strength and dairyness. Nissa is a lot like her mother in that she is quiet and unassuming and a basic plain brown doe. She is quietly growing nicely and she is showing good promise. She has more ear control than we would like but has a great udder. She is quiet but not in the least timid. She is a definite cookie hound and loves attention. Her second freshening has revealed a deep bodied and productive doe with a very nice udder. We refer to her as one of the "Clones" and have a hard time telling her and her half sisters apart. Now I understand what people mean by "noisy Nubians" Thankfully she is growing quieter by the day. Her udder is very immature at this point as is the rest of her body. We are very happy at the way she is growing and expect that she will joining her sisters in making a big mark on our herd. She is quite the people goat and is constantly making her presence known and demanding more than her share of attention. Rusti made a pest of herself at the fairs last year and continues to demand attention and cookies. She is a favorite in the barn both for her conformation and her personality.

She is a sweet and co operative doe who has taken to the milking routine like she was bred for it ... oh Yeah! she was! She is quiet and businesslike. We think there may be greatness wrapped up in  little gangly yearling body.

She is big and strong and milking quite respectably for a first freshener. She has milked off her baby fat and is quite angular and dairy. Her udder is nicely shaped and well attached. Rama is another Rhesa Daughter and it shows! We really like this doe and think she has good potential.
